Tech stuff

My current workflow starts with RAW files created with a Nikon D800 and one of four Nikkor AF-S lenses: 1:2.8G ED zooms (14-24mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm) and 50mm 1:1.4G, DxO Optics Pro® transforms them into TIFF's and Adobe Photoshop® C5 is used for final touchup and printer output.

Up until recently two modified Epson printers (R2100, R2880), dedicated respectively to B&W (Jon Cone's Piezography® K7 neutral inks and QuadTone RIP software) and colour (Lyson Photochrome®), were used to produce A3+ prints on Hahnemülhe Photo rag® (B&W) or Ilford galerie Gold FibreSilk®. I currently do averything by switching inks sets on an Epson Surecolor P600.

Photools IMatch5® Digital Asset Management software is used for keeping things in order.
